Catholic Men's Fellowship

Purpose: Catholic Men's Fellowship is
a Eucharist-centered community of men striving to live and celebrate
their Catholic identity through a commitment to God's Word and
offering praise and thanks in Worship to empower themselves for
service to others. Through study, reflection, prayer and mutual
support, CMF provides Christ-centered men the enriching opportunity
to discuss today's issues and challenges and to deepen their faith
so as to cultivate their spiritual growth beyond the "one
hour on Sunday."
Meetings: CMF meets on a monthly basis.
They gather at the 8:00 A.M. mass on Saturday morning and continue
their meeting in rooms 1 & 2 in the Parish Center with a continental
breakfast and guest speaker.

Cursillo

Purpose: Cursillo is a movement within
the Catholic Church. The purpose of the movement is the Christian
leavening of environments achieved through natural leaders, preferably
in groups. This is done by providing them with the means to live
and share what is fundamental to being a Christian, so that, through
the impact of their personality, they may inject the spirit and
sense of Gospel into those factors which actively shape environments.

Eucharistic Adoration

The diocesan intention is that of an increase of vocations to

Fall Ministry Schedule
Purpose: This ministry brings the sacrament
of the Body and Blood of Christ to the People of God. They also
bring the Body of Christ to the homebound parishioners who are
unable to be present at the Table of the Lord.

Guadalupana Society

Purpose: The Guadalupana Society sponsors
a Fiesta Sunday in the name of Our Lady of Guadalupe. They provide
breakfast for the community once a month. All proceeds are gifted
back to the parish.

Hands is to provide women of all ages and vocations with an
environment for spiritual growth, fellowship and opportunities to
be Doers of the Word in celebration of their Catholic identity.

hall for their meeting.

Mother's Group

Purpose: The Holy Family Mother's Group
is a self-supporting Ministry of Holy Family Cathedral that offers
a community of support, service outreach and activities for mothers
of young children. We strive to provide opportunities for fun,
fellowship and spiritual growth for both moms and children by
sponsoring various events throughout the year.

Parish Fiesta
Purpose: The Parish Fiesta is an annual
event made up of many active parishioners who come together to
provide a community building experience. Through our Fiesta, funds
are raised to benefit our parish community.

Purpose: The goals of Holy Family Respect-Life
Ministry are to assist local pregnancy shelters and homes through
parish fundraising activities such as Pennies From Heaven and
the annual Rose Sale. We also update Holy Family's web page which
provides current Respect-Life information. We sponsor information
days and keep the bulletin rack filled with information on topics
such as the death penalty, euthanasia, abortion, adoption, Natural
Family Planning and more. We keep our parish informed of upcoming
events within the diocese.

Peace and Justice

- Educate ourselves and the community about social justice, the programs of the Diocese and of the broader community.

St. Vincent de Paul

Purpose: The Society emphasizes person-to-person
membership involvement with those who are materially less fortunate.
These volunteers minister to the poor living within our parish,
whether they are catholic or not. They also server our registered
parishioners who live outside our geographic boundaries. They
also collect items from the parish at their monthly food drive.

Purpose: Our Wedding Coordinators are
available to confer with you regarding any questions about the
ceremony and the day of the wedding itself. They also run the
rehearsal and are present one half-hour prior to the wedding ceremony
to attend to the bridal party, open doors, assist the florists,
photographer and ushers. They will be present throughout the ceremony
to assure the smooth and orderly flow of the liturgy and to attend
to the comfort and the seating of the guests.

Purpose: The Young in Spirit gather in
fellowship as an outreach to those who are retired and our senior
citizens. They have a group who make rosaries and scapulars for
the missions. They also make crafts to sell at their annual Christmas
Boutique. All proceeds are given to the Adopt a Student Program
and our St. Vincent de Paul Program.
